The 20-hectare site is adjacent to the Norske Skog newsprint mill at Ettamogah, 10 km from the Albury CBD.

It is close to the Hume Freeway and is on the Australian Rail Track Corporation (ARTC) network, linking to all Australian rail-freight services.
